Most issues with Loaditude come down to a handful of recurring questions about the driver app, scanning, kitting stock, and portal access. This page collects the quick fixes and the answers we are asked most often. If your question is not here, see the platform-wide FAQ or contact support.
Common questions and quick fixes
A driver cannot sign in to the Loaditude Driver app. What should they do?
The Loaditude Driver app is a companion app and accounts are created by the operator, not self-registered. If a driver cannot sign in or has a missing account, the operator should check the driver's account exists and is active in the platform. Sign-in problems, PIN resets, and missing accounts are managed by the employer or transport operator, not by Loaditude support directly.
A driver completed deliveries with no signal. Will the proof of delivery be lost?
No. The driver app is offline-first. Job data and captured proof of delivery (photos, signature, status) queue locally on the device and sync back to the office automatically as soon as connection is restored. The app shows what has synced and what is still pending, so a driver can confirm at the end of a run that everything has gone back before putting the phone away.
A job is not appearing on the driver's phone. Why?
A job only appears on a driver's phone once it has been assigned to that driver and dispatched. Check that the job is assigned to the correct driver and has been dispatched, and that the driver is signed in to the right account. If the device has been offline, ask the driver to open the app with a connection so it can pull the latest jobs.
A barcode will not scan at goods-in. What now?
First, confirm the product has that barcode registered; a product can carry more than one barcode, so the code on the carton may not yet be linked to the SKU. If the barcode is damaged or unreadable, receipt the line manually by entering the quantity by hand. You can add the additional barcode to the product so it scans next time.
Stock counts look wrong after kitting. What happened?
When kits are built, Loaditude consumes component stock from the bill of materials as kits are completed, so the components stop being counted as loose stock and the finished kit appears instead. A count that looks low on components but has new finished goods is usually correct. If figures still look off, check that the bill of materials quantities are right and that only kits which passed quality control were completed.
A client says they cannot see one of their jobs in the portal. Why?
The portal shows a client only their own jobs, and each portal user is scoped to a single client. Confirm the job is attributed to that client, and that the portal user belongs to the correct client account. If both are correct and the job is recent, allow a short moment for live data to appear.
Does Loaditude work on a phone and a tablet?
The web platform runs in a browser and is used by office and warehouse staff. Drivers use the dedicated Loaditude Driver mobile app for receiving jobs and capturing proof of delivery. The driver app is available on iOS, with Android on the roadmap.
How do I get help if something is broken?
For a problem with the platform or the app itself, email support@wms360.io with a short description and, for the driver app, the device model. Founding-cohort members also have a direct line to the product founder for anything affecting live operations.
Who to contact
The right contact depends on the type of issue:
- Driver account, PIN, or sign-in: the driver’s employer or transport operator, who manages driver accounts.
- A problem with the platform or app: email support@wms360.io with a short description, and the device model for driver-app issues.
- Privacy questions: email privacy@wms360.io.
- Anything affecting live operations (for founding-cohort members): use your direct line to the product founder.
Where to go next
