3 founding-cohort seats -- 0 taken

One price. One relationship.
Three founding seats.

Loaditude's founding cohort is £199/month -- locked for life. In exchange, you help shape how the product develops.

No per-user fees. No annual contract. No free trial -- this is a design-partner relationship, not a SaaS signup.

What £199/month includes

Everything, from day one. No gated modules, no usage limits.

Full access to Loaditude

Every module -- goods-in, kitting, transport, client portal -- from day one. Not a limited trial.

Founding-rate pricing, locked for life

£199/month stays £199/month. If the price goes up when we open to the market (and it will), founding members are not affected.

Monthly changelog from David

Every month, a personal email showing what shipped and what is coming next -- based on what founding members asked for.

Direct access to David

Not a support ticket queue. David's contact details, directly. Feature requests go straight to the product roadmap.

Your workflow, built in

If your operation has a specific way of running jobs, receipting goods, or reporting to clients -- that is the kind of thing the founding cohort shapes.

What we ask of founding members

This is a design-partner relationship -- not a standard subscription. The founding cohort is small (3 seats) because real design partnership requires real conversation.

We ask for

  • A monthly 30-minute review call with David. No agenda, no slides -- just: what worked, what did not, what you need next.
  • Honest feedback when something does not work the way you need. The product improves because founding members say "this doesn't work for how we run jobs" and we fix it.
  • A review at 90 days -- an honest one. If Loaditude has made your operation easier to run, say so.

This is not

  • Not a beta test. Loaditude is in production use with a real operation today.
  • Not a commitment to provide unlimited free consultancy. The 30-minute monthly call is the commitment.
  • Not a lock-in. If Loaditude does not deliver, you cancel. No exit fees, no 12-month minimum.

Why £199/month?

Loaditude started as internal software for a UK-based 3PL and retail implementation firm. We built it to solve the handoff problems, POD gaps, and client visibility issues we experienced ourselves.

£199/month is the founding-cohort price. It is designed to be meaningful -- not so cheap it signals the product is not serious, not so expensive that operators cannot try it. When we open to the wider market, the price will reflect broader scope and support. Founding members will stay at £199/month permanently.

There is no annual-plan discount because we are not asking founding members to commit to a year upfront. Pay monthly, cancel if it is not working.

Loaditude is built for multi-service-line operators

We qualify clearly here because the wrong founding member wastes both parties' time and goodwill.

Good fit

  • You run 2 or more of: goods-in/warehousing, kitting/VAS, transport/haulage, installation/field service
  • Your team is 5--50 people (operatives, drivers, or both)
  • Your current system is spreadsheets, WhatsApp, or a tool that does not connect your service lines
  • You want your clients to see job status without calling you

Not a good fit (yet)

  • You only do transport (look at a TMS, not Loaditude)
  • You are a solo operator -- Loaditude earns its keep at team scale
  • You need deep ERP integration on day one -- we will get there, but not yet

Frequently asked questions

Is this a limited-time offer or will there always be a founding cohort?

The founding cohort closes when 3 seats are filled. There will not be a second founding cohort -- the next wave of seats will be on standard pricing.

What happens if I join and the product does not do what I need?

You tell David exactly that, on the monthly call. That is what the design-partner relationship is for. If a gap cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe, you cancel. No 12-month lock-in, no exit fee.

Does Loaditude integrate with my accounting software?

Xero integration is on the roadmap. Not in the first release. If this is a hard requirement, flag it in your application -- it helps prioritise.

How does the client portal work?

Your clients get a read-only view of their jobs -- status, PODs, transport updates -- without calling you. You control what they can see. The portal is live today, not a roadmap item.

Can I request features?

Yes. That is the point. The monthly call is the mechanism. Features that are core to the founding cohort use case go into the roadmap.

What if I have more than 3 people who need access?

The £199/month founding price covers your operation, not a per-seat count. Multi-user access is included.
