Delete your Loaditude Driver account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Loaditude Driver account and the data associated with it. Loaditude Driver is a companion app for professional drivers, and accounts are provided and managed by your employer or transport operator (the data controller).

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@wms360.io from the email address on your driver account, with the subject "Driver account deletion request".
  2. Include your name and the operator or company you drive for, so we can locate the account.
  3. We confirm the request with your operator (the account owner), then delete the data as set out below.

You can also ask your employer or transport operator directly, since they manage driver accounts.

What is deleted

  • Your driver account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your location history collected by the app.
  • The device push-notification token.
  • Personal profile details held for the app (name, email, account identifier).

What may be retained

Operational records that your operator must keep for legal, accounting, or audit reasons may be retained by that operator for their required retention period. This can include proof of delivery and proof of collection (photos and signatures) and job history, which form part of the operator's delivery records. These are held by your operator as the data controller, not used for advertising, and never sold.

How long it takes

Deletion is processed within 30 days of the request being confirmed, except for any records subject to a legal retention requirement as described above.
