1. Service Description
WMS360 is a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) and transport management system (TMS) platform. The service includes inventory management, order fulfilment, shipment tracking, invoicing, and related tools designed for warehouse operators, third-party logistics providers, and distribution businesses.
2. Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Each account is intended for use by a single legal entity (company). Sub-accounts for team members are managed through the platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Use the service to store or transmit data that infringes on third-party rights
- Share your credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without written permission
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
- All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- A free trial period may be offered. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to WMS360. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service, troubleshoot issues at your request, or comply with legal obligations. You may export or delete your data at any time through the platform.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the WMS360 platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WMS360 and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
8. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request a data export before cancellation takes effect.
- Data will be retained for 30 days after termination to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
